✅ What's Special About Epi Contoura Laser

◾Feasible for people with both thin cornea and adequate corneal thickness but preferred for thin cornea patients.
◾Better Visual Results: Visual results are almost are far better than other surface ablation techniques
◾No corneal flap is created in this process. Instead, the outermost covering of the cornea called the epithelium is completely removed, which gets self-healed in around 1 week.
◾Better recovery: Vision gets perfect within 7–10 days, much faster than other surface ablation techniques
◾Myopic power up to -5 D (including cylindrical power up to 2D) can be corrected.
Hyperopia power up to +3 D ( including cylindrical power up to 1D) can be corrected

✅ PROCESS OF LASER EYE SURGERY

Laser Vision Correction is generally a 3 days (visits) procedure.

1️⃣ Day – Pre-op screening tests (2-3 hours) in which we do 6-7 different tests to assess your suitability for the surgery.

2️⃣ Day – Surgery (20-minutes in surgery, approx. 2 hours overall, in clearing discharge formalities and paperwork)
