First, you’ll need a pair of sharp, heavy-duty scissors, shears or large serrated knife and the long white Kore sizing tape. Do not use your own measuring tape or any other tools. Start by laying the outer 2.25” Duty belt on a table hook side up. Next, overlay the Kore Sizing Tape along the length of belt with track graphic on the tape, overtop of the gray colored nylon track. Then locate your pant size on the measuring tape. So if your pant size is 36” – cut the duty belt at the 36” mark. Cut it straight. Once it’s cut, grab your buckle, back out or remove the 4 hex screws using the provided 2.5 mm wrench, insert the cut belt all the way into the receptacle with proper side facing out, and clamp the teeth down. Don’t tighten the screws until after you try the belt on and check the fit. When you do, be careful not to strip or overtighten the hex screws. The screws go in last.
Next, lay the 1.5” inner Velcro belt on the table with the measuring tape overtop. The flexible nylon section should be aligned with the track graphic, because you’re going to cut from the blunt end of the belt. Next, find your pant size – subtract one inch - and cut. For example if your pant size is 36” – cut inner belt at the 35” mark on the tape. Then trim any excess threads or lightly singe the end with a lighter.
Try it on and see how it fits. Feed your inner Velcro belt thru your belt loops and attach the end with the pull-tab over the Velcro. The flexible 4” nylon material section should be centered on your pants over the front zipper. That flexible area should not have any part of the stiffer Velcro inner belt extending behind it. This is so the flexible section can collapse when needed without interference and let the belt adjust. If it does, trim that small section off the inner belt. So for example, if you see an inch of Velcro material behind the 4” flexible area – trim off another inch of inner belt. Then you can attach and squeeze the metal end cap to the inner belt and clamp down the teeth.
Next, take your outer belt and position your buckle on the right edge of the hex material so it is hanging over that section. Feed the Duty belt Right to Left aligning it and sticking it to your inner belt Velcro as you go. When the battle belt tip comes around from the left, feed it thru the buckle and pull until snug. You should have 4-5 inches of in and out adjustment. If the belt is too long, remove it and cut off 1” at a time until it works properly. The small release and adjustment tab is under the buckle and you just pinch it to activate it.
Once it’s sized properly re-tighten the hex screws gently. Lastly, you can attach the belt keeper using its own Velcro next to the buckle. It holds the tip down. Note that this belt tip feeds to the right side (opposite most belts) so you can place your spare mag and gear next to the left side of the buckle, while your holstered gun is off to the right.

The result is a perfect fit all day - every day.
Both the Outer Duty belt & Inner Liner belt are equipped with Kore’s proprietary, Reinforced Power-Core™ center for added support and durability.
Kore 2-1/4" & 2” duty belts are manufactured in the USA using our manmade “tougher than leather” 'Amortek' material that's bio-engineered to outperform and outlast traditional duty belts. Belts are available in Smooth Black, Basket weave and Nylon. Velcro hook attaches them to the Kore Inner loop belts. Kore Inner belts are made using super tough, scuba webbing, and are designed like no other. Typical Inner belts overlap Velcro overtop Velcro, doubling the thickness and locking the belt in place. Not Kore. Our Inner belts incorporate a flexible material section that allows it to adjust - in and out - in unison with the outer belt. It's simple, effective and highly adjustable.
Keep in mid that Kore Outer Duty Belts must be used in conjunction with our unique Kore Inner Liner Belts to achieve the micro adjustable feature.
