Описание: Curious to know what is happening in the Atlanta real estate market 2024? Let me give you a brief Spring update of what we've been seeing in the Atlanta real estate market including some real data to explain what has happened over the past few months leading into the traditionally busy Spring Atlanta Market. Overall, the activity in Atlanta has been increasing with more homes getting multiple offers however it is really "spotty." While the "good" homes that are move-in ready and in a favorable location receive multiple offers, we still see other homes that have a minimal of one imperfection completely sit on the market. I'm finding that buyers are being more picky on homes, probably partly because everything costs more! Higher interest rates and home prices continually increasing are making homebuyers be very choosy on their next home investment (which I can't blame them!).
