30 Days. No Alcohol. Real Accountability.
It’s January 1st, 2026, and I’m committing to Dry January — a full 30-day no alcohol challenge. For the next 30 days, I won’t drink any alcohol at all, and I’ll be posting daily videos documenting what changes — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This challenge isn’t about perfection or quitting forever. It’s about clarity, health, motivation, and accountability.
Why I’m Doing This:
Acid reflux linked to alcohol
Borderline high blood pressure (135/90)
Poor sleep quality
Weight gain (currently 235 lbs)
Loss of motivation at the end of the day
Using alcohol as a way to “check out” instead of solving problems
Alcohol gave me a temporary escape — but it also:
Killed motivation
Hurt my sleep
Increased cravings for unhealthy food
Delayed progress on the things that actually matter
So for the next 30 days, I’m removing alcohol to see what happens.
Why This Channel Exists:
This channel is called Next 30 because real change doesn’t happen overnight — it happens in focused 30-day challenges.
Instead of overcommitting to impossible New Year’s resolutions, I believe in:
✔ Under-promising
✔ Over-delivering
✔ One focused habit at a time
This is about building momentum — one challenge after another.
