here to us so first I'm going to show
you the garage this is pretty cool

saying your kid or your motorcycle or
you know your kids motorcycle come on it
so right over here to our left it's kind
of a lifestyles area

garage now this is pretty cool it's a
two-car garage you've got a place where
you can set your boots down and you come
in and I don't like a lot of places
where you've got to walk through the
laundry room to get into your house
through the garage you don't have to
hear your laundry rooms over there but

this is a great place to have either as
an office or you've got your family that
comes in you can of course shut them out
leave them open but come on through
gotta check this out yeah two accesses
to the bathroom so if you're using this
as your office you've got your own
private so you can even take a shower

we're go upstairs okay nice place and
when you see this from above oh my gosh
you're gonna go Christopher wink and I
go see this place look at my home is
this it's a grand home for a reason
these things are grand it's great bang
for come on those stairs case you're
wondering my nieces gave me these
Mountain Dew socks so we've got a
beautiful chandelier hanging here
so right over here is a great area for
you to put like say your pool table
maybe your darts or shuffleboard
depending on what you're into up here's
great new space that's uses like media
get some blackout windows on the walls
get your stereo blasting it this way it
could be a lot of fun you can even hang
out here and play pool while you're
watching your movie up there now what to
do these next so we've got a nice little
space for probably your oldest child or
an upstairs office you got plenty of
room in the closet or storage or clothes
or extra suits want to do that one last
before we go down stairs
so we're here we've got a bathroom that
supports these two bedrooms here be
great for teenagers you've got one over
here that's actually got one of these
bitches can you just imagine your
teenage kid sitting here on the phone in
every cushion talking out the window yes
did you see what Bobby did to Tuesday at
the bike ball game what at the
basketball game no there was no basket
but she did anyway and check this one
out and I'm not sure if it videos gonna
share her no this one's got a curve ball
here imagine painting this is like
castle walls so you've got your up on
the parapet picking up through the
crenelations ah lots of fun here and
plenty of room for you to put your bows
and arrows or you know cool clothes now
did you get a shot over down at the
kitchen from here oh my gosh so I think
it's no pancakes
now one of the things that you're really
going to love here aside from the extra
bedroom upstairs this room behind me for
little kids I mean it's like you're
inside of dollhouse can you not see I'm
over here play with my dollhouse in my
