3lbs of roma tomatoes
salt
pepper
sugar and or grated carrot
balsamic
fresh rosemary or thyme
a clove of garlic.
Slice your tomatoes in half and deseed them like shown in the video. lay them on a hotel pan skin side down and add all the toppings! cook at 350º for one hour. After cooking, try to remove the tomatoes' skin. after discarding the tomato skins and the thyme sprigs/rosemary sprigs, add the 'good stuff' to a stock pot and with a scissor cut up into chunks while heating. add to your freshly made pasta and enjoy!
