With 2 friends of mine we started from Santo Largo beach and make our trip west to Isla di Oro but what we did not expect was the strong current and waves in this area. The original plan was for this to be a short vlog but we had to make a change due to safety concerns. Isla di Oro was inaugurated in 1965 when there weren't too many tourist attractions on the island of Aruba. It functioned until the mid-1990's when it was abandoned for good. I can only dream how popular this place would have been nowadays if it still existed.
