Canvas: 40x40cm square

Colours used:
Base - Amsterdam Caput Mortum Violet
Mont Marte Violet
DecoArt 24K Gold
FolkArt Metallic Plum
Amsterdam Titanium White
Pebeo Iridescent Orange Yellow
Amsterdam Permanent Red Violet
Daler Rowney Pearl White

Pouring medium:
American Flood Floetrol
Water

Recipe:
1 part paint
2 parts Floetrol
0.75 part water

Hair dryer used: Flower by Drew Barrymore (small travel hair dryer)

I was so scared to try this colour palette, because it's quite dark, and as you can see in the video, I changed my mind on one colour during the process. Also I added one more colour, because I felt I needed to lighten up my colour palette a bit. And I'm so glad that I did that! The final look of the painting is so pretty with the tons of cells I got using these paints together. I think that the FolkArt Metallic Plum helped me a lot to create them. This was a totally new paint brand for me, but I like it!
The only thing I should do differently next time is to paint the sides of the canvas first. As my base colour is only semi-opaque, the canvas is showing through on the sides, so I have to do some touch ups when it's dry.
