In this video, we embark on a walk through Nea Smyrni, one of the neighborhoods in Athens, where the residents hold a deep and passionate affection for their community. They rarely stray far from this area when seeking leisure, exercise, shopping, or simply enjoying their time, and this attachment is entirely understandable.

The reason behind this devotion is that in Nea Smyrni, you can find everything you need. This well-known fact has made the neighborhood a regular part of the routine for many citizens from all corners of Attica.

As you wander through the streets, you'll encounter people of all ages, from hipsters to a multitude of teenagers, and even older individuals who still avidly read newspapers. They can introduce you to both historical and contemporary notable figures who frequent the square – politicians, athletes, and artists, among others. In this close-knit community, it appears that everyone is well-acquainted with one another, as evidenced by the continuous exchanges of greetings between passersby and those relaxing in cafes.

Surprisingly, even the stray kittens and puppies find care and shelter through the neighborhood's shopkeepers.
