I am so excited for The Rise of Skywalker! This video is a tribute to Rey and Ben Solo, to the song "Somebody to Die For" by "Hurts"
The feeling of this song is so strong and I feel that it really let's the emotion of the sequel trilogy shine, as the Characters we love are going through challenges of their own and learning to work together.
I made this video to focus, mainly on Rey and Ben Solo, but the other characters have a part in it as well. In this video I wanted to portray the galactic War that is raging around Ben and Rey as they try to work together and help one each other, trying to find their place in this story.

STORYLINE :

While meditating, Kylo/Ben Solo allows himself to be led by The Force to different locations that hold significance to him and his future.
He passes through a desert range, then a snowy forest. Then the first location Ben finds himself is aboard his father's ship, The Millennium Falcon, frozen in time and space, as if it is waiting for him to come home. A longing he has felt in his hear for a long time. But instead of old memories flooding back to him, he is shown the memories of Rey, the only other person in the galaxy that has felt his fears and longings, seen his dreams and nightmares. He suddenly finds himself inside Rey's AT-AT home. Where he finds a wall of scratch marks, where Rey faithfully marked each and every endless day. Longing as he has for a belonging she feared would never come. As he looks closer he begins to see her memories of lonely solitude on Jakku. He feels her heart ache and misery so deeply that he removes his glove from his right hand, and reaches out. As soon as Ben's fingers touch the wall it
dissipates to reveal a glass mirror. In which Ben sees Rey gazing back at him. Rey had been there with him all along. In the vision seeking answers of her own. They both reflect for a moment, only to confirm to each other that they are not alone, and discover that they each are the answer to the others questions. From there the finish the vision quest together as the Force takes them through a vivid journey of their entwined paths, as they glimpse how they must work together to end the galactic war that rages around them. When it is all over. They find themselves together in a realm of peace, created by their love.
