The Tournament
of Fools,' the jesters return
to the royal court where laughter
reigns over logic. The King challenges the
fools to compete for his amusement highlighting
the fun and energy of the jesters’ world.
The Clevemore Fancy Brigade was founded in 1936 by
the captain's great grandfather Ralph Tursi at the corner of Cleveland and Moore Streets in South Philadelphia. Through the decades,
the club has remained a part of the Mummers
community, rooted in tradition and family involvement. Generations of members have carried the Clevemore name with pride, continuing to represent the roots and spirit of the Fancy Brigade Division.
