For Social Justice Day, the Centre for Financial Wellbeing ran a fireside discussion with Sonia Cassanova, the CEO for Dress for Success NSW & ACT.
We explored the need to 'balance the scales', particularly for women who are returning to the workforce after periods of unemployment, and the importance of listening to women's lived experiences when considering what support is needed.
The session was introduced by Dr. Vinita Godinho and moderated by Anna Perera-Shaw.
