Commands:
1.Run cmd as administrator
2.Type "shutdown -i" and press enter
3.Click the add button and the computer name (to view the computer name
open a new cmd and type net view ) in this case let's restart my pc
4.Choose to restart or shutdown pc and the display warning time
5.Now type a comment anything that you want and press OK
