Tambuwal also criticized Nigeria’s political parties, arguing that most lack ideology and function mainly as platforms for personal ambition rather than vehicles for national development. He, however, backed electoral reforms, particularly the electronic transmission of results, as a critical step toward restoring public trust and strengthening democracy.
