Controlling X-Plane 11 & MSFS2020 with an Arduino Leonardo HID Device and Six Momentary Pushbuttons

Описание: In this video today, I’ll be showing you how to connect six momentary pushbuttons to an Arduino Leonardo microcontroller, which, due to the sketch code uploaded onto it, will convert the Leonardo into a HID device (Human Interface Device).

The Leonardo HID device will then be instantly recognized by Windows 10 and thus, XP11 and/or Microsoft 2020 (and possibly other flight simulators).

The physical pushbuttons that I will be using on my test board, will not only be able to control any assigned pushbuttons in the virtual cockpit, but interestingly enough, they are also able to control assigned toggle switches as well.
