What I Eat in a Day to maximize protein while on an aggressive cut:
7:45am - Coffee with Almond Milk, Creatine and Protein Powder
10:30am - Egg Whites with Seasoning and Hot Sauce
12pm - High Protein Ramen with Shredded Chicken Breast, Low Fat Greek Yogurt and Seltzer Water
2pm - Pickles and more Seltzer Water
3pm - Gum
5pm - Ground Venison Chili, Salad with Light Italian Dressing, Carrot, Seltzer Water
6:30pm - Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Grapes and Oranges (yum)
6:45 - more Gum
