• Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
• Beetroot paste or beetroot puree - 1 cup
• Ajwain (carom seeds) - ½ tsp
• Kalonji (nigella seeds) - ½ tsp
• Salt - to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves - optional
• Water - as required for kneading
• Grated mozzarella cheese - as required for stuffing
• Oil or ghee - for cooking
• Dry flour - for rolling

Recipe:
1. Add whole wheat flour, ajwain, kalonji, salt, and coriander leaves to a bowl.
2. Add beetroot paste or beetroot puree and knead into a soft dough using water as required. Rest the dough for a few minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
4. Flatten one ball, create a small gap in the center, and add grated mozzarella cheese.
5. Seal the edges, roll it back into a ball, and dust with dry flour.
6. Roll gently using a belan to form a paratha.
7. Heat a pan and place the paratha on it. Let it cook, flip, apply oil or ghee, and cook on both sides until golden.
8. Serve hot with green chutney, ghee or butter, and tea.
