Better than EVER! 2025 Nissan Patrol Y62 review Australia inc off road (Warrior V8 4x4)

The Nissan off-road legend still has its huge V8 petrol engine, and it's finally seen a worthwhile update to the interior that sees it gain a new 12.3-inch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, and a better driver info cluster with digital speedo and more info.

Those changes make it more compelling, and there have been some trim adjustments inside, too.

But is a 5.6L V8 petrol SUV past its used by date? Not at all... and I think the most hardcore model -- the Y62 Patrol Warrior by Premcar -- could be a future collector's item!

NOTE: In the efficiency section I mentioned that the fuel filler cap says that it needs 98RON premium unleaded. Nissan Australia has confirmed it can run on 95RON premium, but it is better to opt for the best fuel!
