PoK Election: Opposition Parties Allege Rigging; Lash Out At Imran Khan Govt & Pakistan Army

Описание: Pak opposition leaders have slammed Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) party for allegedly rigging PoK polls. The opposition claims that the PTI used govt machinery to rig the PoK elections in PTI’s favour. PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz said she will not accept the results. By winning the election, PTI has upheld the tradition of ruling party forming a government in PoK. PoK, which is referred to as the Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) in Pakistan is not a part of the country. But days before the polls, Khan said that the people of PoK can decide whether they want to join Pakistan or become an independent state.
