Parkrun: Going out HARD and trying to HANG ON for 5K!

There are MANY 180 degree turns- and these are proper naughty ones, not the nice flowing ones of Hove!!!

Great course, great volunteers and a course that may look and sound hard but in reality is super simple.

I'm getting back to full fitness and so gave it a real go today- all out from the start for the first time in almost 6 months. Can I hang on!?
