Описание: 🚨I honestly believe, not teaching children the rich culture of Africans before they were slaves and what led up to the Mid Atlantic Slave Trade is a disservice to all children. Africans had their own culture and robust life before they became slaves. I just don't want my children growing up thinking that's all their ancestors were.🚨

I didn't realize I had an issue with the way History is being taught to our little kiddos! I honestly stayed away from it because my daughter thought all black people were dirty and I needed to collect my thoughts and regroup. She was in public school for kindergarten (virtually) and 1st grade (half a year). I was feeling like a failure. How could I allow these thoughts to be something my daughter believed? Was I not doing enough at home? 🤯 Now that my daughter is entering into the 3rd grade and being homeschooled, I can't put off picking a homeschool History curriculum any longer. In today's video I unleash my thoughts about how History is taught in public schools and which approach we'll be using in our homeschool.
