In this video I’m sharing my simple “set this and go” baseline for MSFS 2024 VR, plus the minimum Quest Link / Oculus Debug Tool settings that actually make a difference when using a Link cable.

I get a stable 72FPS (5090) that only dips over busy areas and airports.

This is designed to work on ANY GPU (no DLSS focus) — just the settings that matter for smoother performance and a sharper cockpit.

Pro tip: If you don’t mind a bit of reprojection, you can lock your headset to half refresh rate for a more stable experience — then use the extra headroom to increase render scale / resolution or bump a few graphics settings for a sharper cockpit.
