In this special TCU event sponsored by the TCU Bob Schieffer College of Communication and the Brite Divinity School, Smith will be in conversation with Dr. Shonda R. Jones, Executive Vice-President and Dean of Brite Divinity School to explore how the Black Church has historically served as a leadership incubator for professionals across industries.

Blending history and culture, applied positive psychology and neuroscience, and modern leadership theory, Call & Response reframes the Black Church as one of the most enduring leadership incubators in American life, and offers a timely framework for leading with purpose, resilience, and community today.
