Story time!
In 2018, I tasted one special superstar chin chin that came from a chef in Lagos and it had stayed with me. I could taste warm notes of cinnamon and allspice, and it inspired me to try recreating it in my own way.
This isn’t an exact copy, but a fun experiment using Apple Cider as the liquid that goes into the chin chin mix.
