The features of the LITEBOX aluminium trenching system are the small number of parts and the easy handling. The aluminium trench panel is the main component, which with the aid of a few accessories is ideal for all shoring jobs – from pits and trenches to full-face shoring and manholes, even graves! Trench edge supports can be used to stabilise the top edge of a trench, or panels can be used for full-face shoring down to a standard trench depth of 3 m (max. 6 m is possible). Where services cross or in non-cohesive, friable and cohesionless soils, LITEBOX panels can be used together with aluminium trench sheets. Pipe clearance heights of max. 2.50 m are possible with this system. For slopes to DIN 4124, end-face shoring is installed which secures trench ends against collapse according to the standard. The various parts are simply joined with standard connecting pins (pin handles).
