Описание: Hello. Here we have another linear with 2 valves GI-7B. Recently the amplifier was optimized, the tubes were matched, so now they work together (and heating equally :) ). The plate capacitor was replaced wit a much more rough one. The new maximum output power is 1KW FM, but this is beyond the tube rational use and it is not recommended. The recommended output power for this amplifier is 700W FM (P.E.P might be higher). And by the way, I measured the bias cathode voltage ( the cathode diodes) and it is 27V, to obtain 100mA idle current.
