1/2 kg Chicken Liver 1/2 kg Gizzard
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T vinegar 2 T sugar 1 med garlic 1 med white onions
2 pcs. bay leavers. 1/2 tsps salt 1/2 tsps umami powder 1T pepper corns 1 Small ginger 1 bell pepper.

Steps:
Cleaned and washed atay and gizzard.
In a pan, pour oil and sautéed onions, garlic and gizzard and chicken liver. Seasoned with salt, pepper corns according to taste. pour soy sauce and vinegar on the meat then add the a sugar.
Pour 1 tsps of umami powder and simmer until the liver and gizzard becomes tender and soft. Add bay leaves (dahon ng laurel) to add flavor and aroma.
then add bell pepper. This one is optional. Garnished with white onions
Serve hot.
