Daniel is an early pioneer of the CEO advising and executive coaching industry. During the mid-80s, while CEO of a management consulting firm, he began experimenting with "CEO Advisory" services. In 1989, he began growing an executive coaching practice and is considered one of the founders of the executive leadership coaching industry.
Daniel delivers leadership coaching that grows for-profit and non-profit leaders, career coaching for gaining new executive roles and on-boarding coaching to best start a new leadership role. He also provides Coach Training and Certification programs for those wanting to develop their skills as a leadership coach.
Prior to 1996, Daniel served in three CEO roles in the executive management consulting services industry. He became an executive leadership and career coach to leverage his executive experience, consulting expertise and intense passion for helping executives and organizations reach their full potential.
