Earth 2150: Escape from the Blue Planet is a real-time strategy game developed by Reality Pump Studios, and TopWare Interactive and Mattel Interactive. It was first released for Windows on June 12, 2000.

Earth 2150 is a sequel to Earth 2140. Due to the use of nuclear weapons during the last war between the Eurasian Dynasty and the United Civilized States, Earth's orbit has shifted and the planet is at risk of crashing into the sun.

Both factions as well as the newly-introduced Lunar Corporation, attempt to gather enough resources to build an evacuation ship and escape the plant before it is destroyed.

Earth 2150 is a fairly traditional real-time strategy with a single resource economy, armies to command, and bases to build. More unique features include units that can be equipped with custom weapons and transferred between missions, different economic and power systems for all three factions, as well as the campaign's meta-progression.

While some missions require the player to destroy the enemy, others instead have different objectives (such as gathering a certain amount of resources for the evacuation ship project) and allow the player to leave missions without defeating all enemies. The campaigns can also be finished long before the final missions once enough resources have been gathered.

Earth 2150 did generally receive positive reviews, with critics praising the game's ideas and concepts, but criticising their execution as well as bugs and technical issues. Earth 2150 would receive two standalone expansion packs, The Moon project and Lost Souls, as well as a sequel, Earth 2160.
