The She-Hulk series follows Jennifer Walters, a skilled lawyer and cousin of Bruce Banner. After a car accident involving a Sakaaran spaceship, Bruce’s gamma-infused blood mixes with Jen’s, transforming her into She-Hulk. Unlike Bruce, she maintains her personality and control in Hulk form. Bruce trains her on an island lab built by Tony Stark, but Jen insists on continuing her legal career.

Her powers are revealed when she stops superpowered influencer Titania in court, gaining the nickname “She-Hulk.” Though she loses her job, prestigious law firm GLK&H hires her to head their Superhuman Law Division. Her first major case is Emil Blonsky, aka Abomination. With Wong’s testimony, Blonsky is granted parole under strict conditions.

Meanwhile, Jen navigates dating challenges, facing discrimination as Jennifer but attention as She-Hulk. Her troubles escalate when Todd Phelps, secretly the leader of anti-superhero group Intelligencia, targets her. Todd manipulates Josh, who steals Jen’s blood and phone data to aid Todd’s scheme of becoming a Hulk.

Jen later clashes with Matt Murdock (Daredevil) in court over a superhero suit case. They team up against a villain, developing a friendship that blossoms into romance. However, Intelligencia humiliates Jen by hacking and leaking her private life at an awards event. Enraged, she loses control, is arrested, and ordered never to transform again.

Determined, Jen investigates with her best friend Nikki and uncovers Todd as “HulkKing.” At Blonsky’s retreat, chaos erupts, but Jen breaks the fourth wall, confronting Marvel’s AI “K.E.V.I.N.” She demands a better ending, removing repetitive tropes. The revised finale sees Todd arrested, Blonsky back in custody, and Matt supporting Jen.

The series closes with Bruce introducing his son Skaar and Wong freeing Blonsky for Kamar-Taj.
