This Chinese Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup is one of the top 10 most ordered items in Europe, both in Chinese restaurants and Take-away. Just a few simple ingredients makes this very popular delicious soup.
INGREDIENTS
200g Chicken (you can use left over cooked chicken if your wish)
1 small can Creamed Sweetcorn (or blitz up a can of whole Sweetcorn)
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
500 mls chicken stock (fresh, Carton or a made-up cube)
A Little cornflour/cornstarch & cold water (equal quantities)
Spring/green onion - garnish
