Hello, friends! I’ve been experimenting with my thigh master for a while and eventually I’m ready to share with you the more specific upper body workout with a thighmaster!

Some of the upper body exercises are classic adopted to be done with a thigh toner, others are quite unique but still pretty accessable and doable.

After a few months of use, I can not say that I would switch from dumbells to thighmaster for good but as a complementary fitness equipment thightoner is cool. It’s quite versatile, comfortable to use and relatively affordable. If you are a fan of spicing up the workouts with new tools thigh master might be worth consideration. But one of the downsides is that you have no opportunity to control the resistance, at least my particular model doesn’t let me do it.

Anyway, I’m not affiliated to any fitness equipment manufacturer... yet =), and the primary goal of this 10-minute workout video is to show people who already have a thighmaster how to use it if they want to strengthen the upper body! For instance, you will find here thimaster exercises for abs, back, biceps and triceps! I hope, they will be useful for you!
