Chhath Puja is a Hindu festival in northern India (Bihar, UP, MP, Jharkhand) lasting four days, dedicated to worshipping the Sun God with fasting, river baths, and sun offerings.
The Sonepur Cattle Fair, or Harihar Kshetra Mela, is the biggest animal fair in Asia.
Dev Diwali is a festival of lights in Varanasi, India. It happens on Kartik Purnima, called Dev Deepawali because the Gods celebrated it after Lord Shiva defeated the demon Tripurasura.
-"Boodhi Diwali" or Igas is a folk festival celebrated 11 days after Diwali in Uttarakhand's Jaunsar-Bawar and later in Himachal Pradesh's upper regions, including Sirmaur, Kullu, Mandi, and Shimla, with torches and traditional dances.
Jagadhatri is worshipped in Bengal, especially in Krishnanagar, Chandannagar, and Rishra, representing the return of the goddess, according to Puranic beliefs. It is celebrated over five days.
Majuli, Assam hosts a four-day festival celebrating Lord Krishna on the full moon day of Kati-Aghun (October-November) called Majuli Raas Mahtosav.

The Pushkar Camel Fair in Rajasthan is the world's largest Camel fair, held annually for five days in October-November. It's a massive cattle fair and cultural event in the holy town of Pushkar, named after a lotus dropped by Lord Brahma.
Devuthani Ekadashi, marks the awakening of deities. Lighting a ghee lamp is believed to bring lasting peace and prosperity.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism, is the first Guru among the 10 Sikh Gurus. His birth is celebrated on the full moon day of Kartik Puranmashi, typically in October or November.

Rann Utsav in Gujarat transforms the White Rann with music, dance, and cultural festivities under the full moon.
