Codename Android - Custom Rom on Samsung Galaxy Nexus ICS - Hacks and Tweaks over stock

Описание: Ok, I been running this Custom rom Codename Android on my Gnex for 2 weeks now. If you love the stock ice cream sandwich 4.0 well then this is perfect for you. You get to change quite a bit of features as in user interface and performances with this rom.

Pro's:
The best stock looking rom of ICS that you can customize
under clocking and Over clocking CPU speed for better battery or better performance
Its faster and smoother than stock nexus
Worst battery time I got was 8 hours on heavy use
Highest battery time I got was 25 hours of light use
Customize the lock screen
Customize notification bar - colors, icons, rearrange them and add toggle widgets
Hide navigation bar buttons when you want, change the colors and even rearrange or add more buttons.
Reboot your phone up to 40 seconds faster.
Take pictures by pressing the power button while using the camera
and other things I may be missing still. Try it out if this sounds like its for you

Con's:
I cant really say a con at all on this rom. Its as stock looking and feeling as can be, so its just perfect for what it is.
Although I have had 1 random reboot in the last 2 weeks but only that once (which is nothing) and hasn't done it since.

ROOT and FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you root, you will lose all your data on your phone, so there for you will have to copy transfer all your files you want to keep on to your computer so you can transfer them back after you are rooted.

I WILL BE MAKING A VIDEO ON HOW TO ROOT YOUR GALAXY NEXUS. I dont have all other phone methods to root except this device since this is the only device i have.
