The Punjab Regularization of Service (Repeal) Ordinance 2025
An Ordinance to repeal the Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2018.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Punjab Regularization of Service (Repeal) Ordinance 2025.
It shall come into force at once.
Notwithstanding the repeal of the Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2018 (XV of 2018) under sub-section (1), anything done or action taken under any provision of the repealed Act, shall continue to have effect as if the said Act has not been repealed.
