Barbell Bench Press: 3x6-8
Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press: 3x8-10
Incline Dumbbell Press: 2x8-10
Cable Lateral Raise: 2x12-15
Rope Tricep Pushdown: 2x10-12
DAY 2 & 5 - PULL
Barbell Row: 3x6-8
Lat Pulldown (or Pull-ups): 3x8-10
Face Pull: 2x12-15
Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly: 2x12-15
Dumbbell Curl: 2x10-12
DAY 3 & 6 - LEGS
Barbell Back Squat: 3x6-8
Romanian Deadlift: 3x8-10
Leg Press: 2x10-12
Seated Leg Curl: 2x10-12
Standing Calf Raise: 2x10-12
