On the penultimate day of The Nilgiri Earth Festival 2023, Chef Karan Upmanyu dazzled the guests with an epicurean ode to the vibrant local produce of Nilgiris at the Indian Christmas brunch, also one of the chef's table events.
From Coconut Achappams to Badaga Bean Cutlets, each dish captured the essence of this region's culinary legacy.
Every ingredient at the brunch was sourced locally and organically. Thanks to our local produce partners Aadhimalai, Earth Trust, Destiny's Farm Resort, and Last Forest, who enabled The Nilgiris Earth Festival 2023 to share the abundance that the Nilgiris has to offer for the palate.
