Here are some tips on how to get in shape for Army Basic Training. Basic training is challenging but its mostly a mental game. If you start preparing your body before you go to boot camp it's going to make your experience a whole lot easier.
FULL BODY WORKOUT
Flat Bench 2-3 sets warm up working 3x8 set super set w/pullups
Bent Over Rows 2-3 sets warm up working 3x8 set super set w/10 pushups.
Front Squat 2-3 sets warm up working 3x8 set super set w/ 10-15 Air squats.
After I completed my compound movements I finish a 10 min full body no rest cardio session. Here the link for that video.
