How are you supposed to raise boys? New research shows that both mothers and fathers play a critical role in raising sons to be successful. Fathers are expected to be present, discuss relationships with their sons, have high character, and show affection and tenderness.
Moms are encouraged to be consistent with discipline versus just words, show warmth and minimal conflict towards son, encourage self-control by having strong attachment bonds, and avoid harsh criticism and build up their sons.
Mothers can raise strong sons. Fathers can raise strong, well-discipline sons.
