Love Mumbai ka Street Style Vada Pav? Here's a classic Nashik/ Mumbai's famous Ulta Vada Pav which you can make at your home in no time!! We have given this a twist of Tandoori mayo, trust us this tastes da Bomb! having one.

Ingredients used are-
In a pan, add-
Oil-1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)- 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 Tsp
Kadi Leaves- 12-15 leaves
Garlic (Chopped)- 1 Tsp
Green chillies and ginger (chopped)- 1 Tsp each
Boiled Potatoes- 4-5 medium size
Turmeric powder (Haldi)- 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (Dhaniya)

For Besan Batter-
Besan- 2 Cups
Ajwain- 1 Tsp
Haldi- 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required to make a smooth batter
Once Alloo ka masala gets cooled down,
add-@veeba_in's Tandoori Mayonnaise and mix well!
