There could be a few reasons for seeing stuffing through your stitches - hook size, overstuffing, or your crochet tension. I think the simplest fix is to use a smaller crochet hook! Generally for amigurumi, you will want to go down a hook size or more from what the yarn label says! 🧶 (I almost always use a 3.75mm hook and medium/worsted weight yarn for my animals, even though the label says 5mm recommended hook.)
