Controversy continues over U.S. detainment of migrant children

The acting head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection recently quit over how migrant children have been treated at detainment facilities as the Trump administration continues to face controversy.
Immigration lawyers who have visited the facilities say there is no access to soap or toothbrushes and there is a lice infestation, however the government disputes the account.
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has called on Congress to authorize billions in new spending that would include humanitarian aid. Jackson Proskow takes a look into the recent developments regarding the facilities.
