The AX-2 gluing machine has been studied and designed to deliver glue by spraying, with the aim to minimise glue consumption, reduce cycle times and manpower. With the AX-2 machine, Aper deems it has attained its goal: the AX-2 gluing machine integrates all the basic phases of the gluing process, including the coupling and the pressing, in a single automated solution.
The AX-2 automatic machine for spray gluing, with the needle gripper designed by APER, is able to couple multi-layer products, deliver the adhesive where it is necessary and press the finished product. The AX-2 machine can be fitted with one or more spray nozzles for single-component water-base glues, bi-component water-base glues, solvent glues or other types.
