The Revenant is Underrated in Dungeons and Dragons

The revenant is not only an amazing creature, but an amazing tool for dungeon masters looking to teach their party all about consequences.

They are one of my favorite creatures and while they aren't super powerful, they can increase their power through many different methods. Because of this, they can easily become an amazing reoccuring villain in and D&D campaign.
