Poor Engineering Inspection allowed this 2013 Kennedy Guardian Dry Barrel Fire Hydrant that was installed at the Improper Grade Elevation or 12 inches over the recommended installation height......
As you can see in the video the bury depth line that painted on the Ductile Iron Barrel to ensure you understand the proper Grade Elevation.
