1 lb Fresh Sea Scallops
1 lb Fresh Shrimp ( 16/20)
1/2 lb cleaned calamari
1 lb Fresh haddock ( skinned )
1/2 lb super lump crab meat
4 Tbls salted butter
5 big cloves fresh garlic (grated)
1 cup white wine
1 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup good olive oil
5 ounces clam juice
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper
