Описание: Another 5 months gone and the project appears to be moving very slowly. As you can see by the video not much has changed over the last few months. The council have commentated and give some insight into the delays, however, I filmed this at 4pm on a Friday and the sight was unmanned. I understand that workers need a day off, but this is taking the P.
