69-year-old Lincoln woman dies after being struck by car in North Providence

Описание: Police are identifying the victim of a crash on Wednesday as 69-year-old Susan Biggins of Lincoln.

According to North Providence Police, nearby surveillance captured the woman falling to the ground before being fatally struck by a car.

The accident unfolded on Garfield Street just off of Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence.

“it’s very sad it looks like she was just stepping out of her home to run a quick errand down the corner,” said Mildred Ortiz, who works nearby at Best Taste Chinese Restaurant. “ I hope it works out well for him because he’s too young to have that on him.”
