Enjoy a 360° panorama tour of the Walnut Grove set location from the hit 1974-1983 TV series "Little House on the Prairie" recorded at Big Sky Movie Ranch in Simi Valley California!
Limited tours were available in March and June of 2024 in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the show's debut. This tour was recorded on the morning of June 8th - with Alison Arngrim (Nellie Oleson) as our tour guide no less! You can hear her voice inside the bus, but mostly you will hear the bus engine and squeaking brakes! The mic was on the camera, and the camera was 3 feet out the window 😂
Visitors were not allowed to get off the bus at the Walnut Grove location, however I think the 360° pano is the next best thing to walking around and look at all your surroundings, which happened to include a big old rattlesnake slithering in front of the bus just as we were approaching the post office!
Watch out for low-hanging branches!!
