Baked fish
1. 10 cloves of garlic ,
2. 1/4 white onion
3. 1 shallot,
4. 1 tsp black pepper
5. 5 Green onions
6. 1 tsp of freshly grounded black pepper
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 1 tsp chicken bouillon
9. 1 habanero pepper
10. 1/2 a lemon, sliced 1 lime for garnish
11. 1/4 cup vegetable oil ( corn oil preferred option)
recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 380°F (193°C).
2. Clean the trout and pat dry.
3. Create diagonal slits (sims) on both sides of the fish, about 1 inch apart.
4. In a blender, combine garlic, onion, green onion, green bell pepper, black pepper, Habanero pepper, salt, chicken bouillon. Blend until smooth.
5. Add vegetable oil to the blended mixture and stir well to create the marinade.
6. Apply the marinade generously all over the fish, making sure to get it into the slits and cavity.
7. Transfer the fish to a baking tray.
8. Bake for 1 hour at 380°F (193°C), or for 30 min at 425°F or until the fish is golden.
9. While the fish is baking, fry any remaining marinade in a small pan until fragrant to create a dipping sauce.
10. Serve hot with the dipping sauce on the side, salad and potato salad

Cabbage Salad
1. 1/4 green cabbage
2. 1/4 red cabbage
3. 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
4. 2 tbsp lemon juice
5. 1 1/2 cups of white wine vinegar
6. 2 green onion (thinly cuts)
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
recipe:
1. Cut and clean cabbage
1. thinly cut the 1/4 cabbage or both cabbages
2. rinse with cold water
3. place each cabbage type in separate bowls and add the vinegar. Mix well and let sit for 30 min
4. rinse the cabbage with water, then soak in cold water for 5 minute then wash again and strain excess water.
1. in a bowl mix both the red and green cabbage and green onions. add olive oil, some lemon juice and olive oil. Mix thoroughly
Potato salad
1. 4 Golden or russet potatoes
2. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3. 1/2 tbsp salt
4. 1 tsp black pepper
5. 2tbsp chopped dill
Recipe:
1. peel the potatoes
2. cut each potatoes in 8 pieces
3. wash well
4. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil
5. boil the potatoes for 7 minutes
6. strain with a colander
7. add in olive oil, salt and dill
